Prelaunch thoughts
Two weeks until the GA cutover. The plan is settled enough that the
team is heads-down on execution; the open questions are about the
first month after launch.
What is settled
The pricing is settled. The capacity plan is settled. The on-call
rotation is settled. The launch-week change freeze is settled.
What is not
The post-launch growth motion. We have three plausible shapes for
the first three months and we have not decided which to lead with.
We will pick once we see the first week of self-signup data and
adjust from there.
