Pricing

Yes, the new pricing applies to private beta accounts at their renewal. No, there is no grandfathering for the legacy per-request egress fee — the fee is going away across the board.

Support

Yes, the GA support tier includes a 24-hour first-response SLA on P2 and above. The free tier has community support only; the business tier adds 12-hour first-response on P1 and above.
