GA. We collected the top fifteen and answered them here so customers
who are not on Discord get the same view.
Pricing
Yes, the new pricing applies to private beta accounts at their
renewal. No, there is no grandfathering for the legacy per-request
egress fee — the fee is going away across the board.
Support
Yes, the GA support tier includes a 24-hour first-response SLA on
P2 and above. The free tier has community support only; the
business tier adds 12-hour first-response on P1 and above.
