Pricing update for fall 2026

Today we are publishing the fall 2026 pricing update. The changes land on October 1; existing accounts continue to bill at their current rate through the end of their current billing cycle.

What's changing

A new starter tier ships at $9 per month for accounts under 100 GB. Storage costs across all tiers drop by 18%. Per-request egress fees disappear for any account under 10 TB; egress within the same region remains free at every tier.

Rationale

The storage market hit our internal break-even target two quarters ahead of plan. Pushing the savings to customers is a more sustainable growth lever than reinvesting in marketing.
